Regular backups give us the ability to restore your website to a previous version if you have any kind of problem. If your web host has a server issue, if you’re hacked, or if you are a bit of a DIY’er experimenting with your website and you break something… we’ve got you covered!
PREMIUM PLUGINS
I have invested in developer licenses, so my clients can benefit from premium plugins like Divi Builder, Gravity Forms, Updraft, and more. When you’re on a support plan, these costs are included. Otherwise you would need to purchase and renew your own annual license with each one to continue using them.
GOOGLE ANALYTICS
Curious about how many people are visiting your site each month or where they’re coming from? Your website will be enabled to track all traffic via Google Analytics.
WEBSITE EDITS
Use your hours any way you want… I can edit content, add a blog post, add images to a photo gallery, build a form, or help out with something else. I can also design a custom plan just for you, if the included hours won’t be enough.
MONTHLY REPORTING
I’ll keep you in the loop with a customized monthly report that shows you what’s been going on with your website. I’ll also track your most important SEO keywords upon request, so you can keep an eye on your Google ranking. (Pro level only)
