It is a pleasure to write this review for Deb Waters of World Wide Deb. I was referred to Deb by a client after a web designer did not fulfill her work agreement and refused to sign a “Final Payment and Release”. So, now I had paid, in full for a Web site, that the designer had also denied administrative rights and left on a 3-week holiday, leaving us, her client, high and dry. I felt confident in hiring Deb because of the referral source and had also seen her work. Given her background, testimonials on her Web site, and hearing how she ran her business, I did not hesitate in hiring her. Working with Deb was a completely opposite experience from the original designer. Deb sticks to her deadlines, is in regular communication, and most importantly for me, she works regular business hours. Deb managed our project efficiently and effectively and this is a big deal if you are backed up against deadlines. She knew my situation and went full steam ahead. Deb also offers extremely reasonable maintenance packages and has the knowledge to evaluate previously completed work and make smart recommendations and decisions.
